Shipping Policy
FedEx STANDARD SHIPPING: Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3 - 5 days after receipt of your order.

Continental US Rates
1st Item: $10.00
Each additional item: $5.00

For orders outside the continental US and additionally expedited deliveries such as Next Business Day, 2 Business Days or Saturday deliveries, please call us at 1-800-245-1550, ext. 144 during business hours.

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EDT Monday through Friday.

SPECIAL LOCATIONS: Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Return Policy

Unworn Merchandise
Merchandise returned unworn within 30 days of receipt will be credited in full on the charge card used to place the order. Merchandise returned unworn after 30 days of receipt will be credited at the current selling price. Reyers does not credit shipping charges.

Worn Merchandise
A credit determination will be made based upon factors such as wear, time elapsed from date of purchase, etc. We will contact you via Email with this determination within 72 hours of receipt.

Athletic Shoes
Reyers reserves the right to repair or replace defective athletic shoes within 30 days of purchase.
No credit will be issued on worn athletic shoes after 30 days.
